We accept payments through Paypal and Google. All payments are through a secure server. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment. At no time are credit card information viewable to us.
At no time do we trade, sell, or publish your personal information, with other enterprises. We take pride in your privacy and wish for you to return in the future.
Upon receipt of monies, your tracking number will be emailed to you. This email will serve as your order confirmation as well. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

We do not recommend or guarantee sending gifts or gift baskets to hotels or hospitals. On most occasions the patient or guest has left or moved on. Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are delivered to a receiving dock, and is mixed in with normal deliveries it takes time for the items to be sorted and delivered. We suggest sending the gift or gift basket to a family member or to the patients home. If an order is places using either a hotel or hospital address we will assume that you have read our policy. On these types of orders there will be NO refunds.
If you recieve your order and it is damaged, you may return it, within seven (7) days. Do not mail item without a return number. Upon recieving your cancellation email we will issue you a return number. We will give you instructions on how to return said order. Please state how item is damaged in your email. We only accept returns for damaged merchandise. We DO NOT accept other returns, as most of our gift baskets are filled with perishible items.
When we receive orders from our customers we process them immediatley. We do not hold them, as many other companys do. Being that we do NOT hold the orders there is little time for us to find the item on our dock. If your order is in the process of being shipped we can recall the order, but there is a $12.50 charge. We are charged by UPS, and other carriers for retrival. Also within that charge includes restocking fees.
From time to time we have to substitute items, if we run out we try to include the next closest item into your gift. During the warm summer months we substitue hard candies for soft or milk chocolates.
From time to time we have items that are posted as delivered, but later we find out that the item is lost. It is very important to us that you contact us within 10 days of your delivery confirmation, if you have not recieved your product. It is most important that we are notified promptly so that we may put a tracer in effect.
We welcome corporate accounts. We also welcome large orders. Feel free to call us with your orders or email us with your special needs. With PayPal you do not need to be a member to pay for your gifts . All payments secure through PayPal.
At this time we are able to deliver to the continental United States. We do not deliver to Hawaii, or other NON U.S. States. We do deliver select gifts to Canada. (Subject to change)
It is our policy to refund all monies if the item is out of stock or discontinued. Many times items are left in a cart for a week or two and when the item is purchased at times it is out of stock, or discontinued. We suggest looking at our web site to see if the item is still current, before purchasing.
Our service tickets are for the use of our customers. Please limit use to asking, or inquiring about our gift baskets, and other gifts.
